Noelle leads the firm’s strategy, client partnerships, and business development. She most recently served as Chief Communications Officer at Wilbur Labs, a venture studio for consumer brands. Prior to that, she was Head of Marketing and Communications for Citi Ventures, reporting to Citi’s Chief Innovation Officer. Earlier in her career, she held senior corporate affairs roles at Thomson Reuters and Allied World. She began her career in political communications and is based in Brooklyn.

Andrew is a senior communications and corporate affairs advisor with more than two decades of experience working with leadership teams at global organizations. He began his career at the Financial Times before spending a decade at Thomson Reuters, where he worked across corporate affairs, financial reporting, media relations, and strategic communications. Most recently, Andrew supported executive communications at Philip Morris International, advising senior leaders at the corporate center of a highly scrutinized industry leader. His experience is global, with significant on-the-ground experience across Asia, Europe, and South America.

Rebecca leads the firm’s work across Europe with a particular focus on employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership communications. She previously held senior roles at Google, including Head of Internal and Executive Communications in Europe, where she partnered closely with senior leadership on executive messaging, internal engagement, and organizational communications. Before that, she was Head of Brand Communications at the Financial Times and led internal communications at Guardian News & Media. She is based in Dublin.
